What is your shipping policy for fragile items?
We take extreme care in packaging your orders using custom-fit protective materials. Orders typically process within 3-5 business days, and we offer insured shipping to ensure your glassware arrives safely.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
While we pack with care, accidents can happen during transit. If your item arrives broken, please email our support team with a photo of the damage and your order number within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to bring our colored glass collections to enthusiasts worldwide in the near future.
Can I return or exchange my purchase?
We accept returns of unused, undamaged items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
