We want you to be fully satisfied with your hand-blown glassware; if you are not completely happy, we accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package with Care

  Carefully repack your glassware in its original Estelle Colored Glass gift box and shipping carton to ensure it arrives back to us safely.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
